Return Process

  Contact our support team via the official MOZA website or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original factory packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to the designated MOZA service center using a trackable shipping method for security.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
